GENEVA, Oct. 6 (Xinhua) -- World Skate has promised a festival of sport and entertainment in the 2026 World Skate Games in Paraguay's capital Asuncion.
Over 12,000 athletes will compete in 12 sports, one e-sport and 23 disciplines from October 2 to 18, 2026, with a total of 154 goal medals to be awarded.
"We are thrilled to bring the fifth edition of our Games to Paraguay - a country that breathes youth and future," said World Skate President Sabatino Aracu. "Paraguay perfectly reflects the spirit of the urban and sustainable sports that are the very soul of World Skate." ■
