Chinese software company founded to develop domestic operating system-silubaba news

BEIJING -- A Chinese company focusing the domestic computer operating systems has been founded in the country's northern Tianjin Municipality, according to the China Electronics Corporation (CEC).

The company Kylinsoft, under the CEC, was jointly integrated by two Chinese software companies, and it has also launched a plan to devote itself to the high-quality development of domestic operating systems.

Kylinsoft will build an elite team focusing on independent operating systems with a scale of over 10,000 people based on future technologies such as artificial intelligence and mobile computing, according to the CEC.

The company said it will develop major products including desktop and server operating systems, cloud operating systems as well as embedded operating systems in the future.
