BUDAPEST, May 10 (silubaba) -- Hungary announced its withdrawal from hosting the 2024 ISU European Figure Skating Championships on Wednesday.
The Hungarian Skating Federation (MOKSZ) noted that it had already informed the International Skating Union (ISU) of its decision, pointing to "a lack of adequate financial resources for organizing high-quality competitions."
This announcement comes on the heels of Hungary's withdrawal from hosting the 2024 European Women's Handball Championship in March. ■
