BEIJING -- China will roll out more targeted and effective measures to improve its business environment at a faster pace in an effort to bolster the economic recovery, according to a State Council executive meeting chaired by Premier Li Qiang on Friday.

The meeting also discussed the high-quality development of the new energy vehicle industry and approved a draft law on preschool education.
