An Air China flight declared an emergency and made an unscheduled landing at Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris on Thursday afternoon after receiving information about potential terrorist activity, according to a statement from the airline.
Bound for Beijing, flight CA876 departed Paris at 12:59 pm and returned to the French capital after receiving the alert. Air China said the flight landed safely.
