BEIJING — The Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (NPC), the State Council, the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and the Central Military Commission on Aug 19 sent a congratulatory message in celebration of the 70th anniversary of the peaceful liberation of Tibet.
