KUALA LUMPUR, Oct. 28 (Xinhua) -- The draw for the AFC Women's Asian Cup India 2022 was concluded here on Thursday when China is drawn in Group A along with host India, Chinese Taipei and Iran.
Group B consists of Australia, Thailand, the Philippines and Indonesia while defending champion Japan is in Group C along with South Korea, Vietnam and Myanmar.
The top five teams excluding Australia will get direct tickets to the 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup to be jointly hosted by Australia and New Zealand.
The next best two teams will also represent Asia at the Inter-Confederation playoff matches. Enditem
