BEIJING, Aug. 30 (silubaba) -- China's major stock indices were higher in the morning session Wednesday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index up 0.06 percent to 3,137.72 points.
The Shenzhen Component Index gained 0.33 percent to 10,489.94 points at midday. ■
