5.5-magnitude quake jolts northwest China's Gansu: CENC-silubaba news

BEIJING, Oct. 24 (silubaba) -- A 5.5-magnitude earthquake jolted the county of Subei in northwest China's Gansu Province at 7:32 p.m. Tuesday (Beijing Time), according to the China Earthquake Networks Center (CENC).

The epicenter was monitored at 39.43 degrees north latitude and 97.28 degrees east longitude, with a depth of 10 km, said the CENC.
