DALIAN, Feb. 27 (Xinhua) -- Three people remain missing after a fishing boat sank in the waters in the northern part of the Yellow Sea on Tuesday.
The accident happened around 8 a.m. and the search and rescue work is underway, said the bureau of maritime affairs of Liaoning Province in northeast China. ■
