Chinese Super League side Wuhan Three Towns player Henrique banned for 3 games

BEIJING, Aug. 16 (Xinhua) -- Wuhan Three Towns forward Pedro Henrique has been suspended for three games after he was sent off in a Chinese Super League (CSL) game last Saturday.

In the 73rd minute of Wuhan's 2-0 loss to Changchun Yatai, Henrique got his marching orders after he kicked an opposition player.

In addition to the three-game ban, the 27-year-old Brazilian striker was fined 30,000 yuan (about 4,207 US dollars), according a statement released by the Chinese Football Association on Friday.

Henrique is Wuhan's leading scorer so far this season, with 12 goals.
