BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Dec. 11 (Xinhua) -- Deloitte held a two-day bootcamp program for aspiring professionals in Brunei, local media reported on Wednesday.
According to the local daily Borneo Bulletin, the program provided participants with hands-on learning and practical insights into the role of an audit and assurance associate.
The participants included local and international university graduates, as well as experienced professionals employed in related fields in Brunei, the media reported.
Participants worked on an audit business case study, analyzing financial and accounting data, generating actionable insights, and presenting their findings to Deloitte's management team, according to the report.
Brunei is a Southeast Asian country and a member of the Commonwealth, located in the northern region of Borneo Island. The Brunei government places great importance on economic development and the education of financial talent. ■
