French PM Bayrou arrives at Elysee Palace to submit resignation to president

PARIS -- French Prime Minister Francois Bayrou was seen arriving at the Elysee Palace on Tuesday to submit his resignation to President Emmanuel Macron, after losing a confidence vote in the French National Assembly on Monday.
