Preview: Real Madrid visits Levante while Athletic Bilbao looks to end bad run

MADRID, Sept. 22 (Xinhua) -- Real Madrid aims to make it six consecutive wins to start the La Liga season on Tuesday when Xabi Alonso's side visits recently promoted Levante.

Madrid travels after winning 2-0 at home to Espanyol in a game which saw Eduardo Camavinga and Jude Bellingham return after injury and both are likely to figure again as Alonso continues to rotate his starting 11, with Rodrygo and Arda Guler likely to start.

The big issue for the Madrid coach could be how to handle Vinicius Jr, who was visibly angry after his second half substitution at the weekend.

Levante won 4-0 in Girona on Saturday to take a morale boost ahead of one of its toughest games of the campaign.

That 4-0 defeat has left Girona coach Michel Sanchez in danger of the sack, and he will be without suspended duo of Axel Witsel and Victor Reis for the visit to play Athletic Bilbao.

Athletic has had a difficult week with three defeats without scoring a goal and coach Ernesto Valverde will serve his third game of a four-match suspension in the stands as Dani Vivian also misses out after his harsh red card in Valencia on Saturday, meaning Aymeric Laporte is likely to make his first start since returning to the club.

Athletic is again without the injured Nico Williams and midfielder Benat Prados.

Valencia travels to play Espanyol on Tuesday night after its win over Athletic, while Espanyol will take heart from a 100 percent home record at the start of the campaign and a solid display at the Bernabeu on Saturday.

Tuesday's final match sees Villarreal travel to Sevilla in what looks like an evenly matched game. Alexis Sanchez left his calling card as Sevilla won 2-1 away to Alaves on Saturday, but his side hasn't won in front of its fans since February, nor has it managed consecutive wins in over 17 months, which will give Villarreal hope.
