BUENOS AIRES, Feb. 13 (Xinhua) --Gimnasia struck three second-half goals, recovering from a goal down to clinch a 3-1 home win over Huracan in Argentina's Primera Division on Tuesday.
Walter Mazzantti gave Huracan an ideal start with a 34th-minute strike but the hosts took the lead through goals in quick succession from Benjamin Dominguez and Ivo Mammini.
Cristian Colman put the result beyond doubt when he netted in the 92nd minute at El Bosque in La Plata, Buenos Aires province.
The result leaves Gimnasia third in the 14-team Group A standings with nine points from five games while Huracan are 10th, five points further back.
Elsewhere in Argentina's Primera Division on Tuesday, San Lorenzo were held to 1-1 home draw by Estudiantes, Union restricted Godoy Cruz to a goalless home draw and Independiente edged to a 1-0 home win over Rosario Central. ■
