Leaders of SCO member states issue Tianjin Declaration

TIANJIN, Sept. 1 -- Leaders of the member states of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) signed and issued the Tianjin Declaration on Monday during the ongoing SCO Tianjin Summit.
